The Landesliga footballers of Kirchheimer SC started the remaining season with a 1: 2 (0: 0) defeat against TuS Holzkirchen and gave up valuable ground to the competition.
A dubious penalty converted by Ricardo Jacobi was not enough for Kirchheimer SC. "If you don't do things up front, you don't deserve to win," said KSC player trainer Steven Toy. In adverse conditions - sleet and sleet alternated, a gusty wind occasionally swept across the artificial turf pitch - the Kirchheimer had gotten off to a better start: Fabian Löns claimed a long ball from Jacobi and pushed the ball out of twelve after a nice interplay with Sebastian Zielke Meters just past the gate (11th).
Intense afternoon kick
An intense game with many duels developed, both teams initially operated on the small court mainly with long balls. In the first round nothing much happened in front of both gates, the decisive passports could not find their addressees. After a shallow corner kick from Kirchheim's Niklas Karlin, Marco Wilms's direct shot was blocked at the last moment (32nd). Holzkirchen had a bit more possession, but had to wait a long time for a clear conclusion.
After the change, the guests bet on short pass play, the Kirchheimers retired - but remained more dangerous in front of the box. Florian Rädler hit the outside net (67.), after a pass from Jacobi, Löns missed the best opportunity of the game and shot free from three meters (69.). That should take revenge. Andreas Bauer suffered a much too short pass from the otherwise convincing Denis Zabolotyni, failed due to KSC goalkeeper Michael Franz, and Semir Ljumani sank the ball to the Holzkirchner leadership (79th).
Joker Ljumani decides game
When Marco Flohrs fell in a duel with Sepp Kollie, there was a penalty for the KSC. "It wasn't a penalty," says Steven Toy. Jacobi surely converted to 1-1 (82nd). The guests took more risk in the final phase and were rewarded: left flank Luka Zebec, header from Joker Ljumani, winning goal (89.). "We defended so badly, it doesn't work at all," Toy says about the passivity of goalkeeper Franz and central defender Samuel Kaltenhauser.
