Seeshaupt - The sport bowlers at FC Seeshaupt are not the only women (they secured the Bayern League title early / we reported). The second men's team also celebrates a championship title. After the 5-1 win at home against SV Wackersberg-Arzbach, the team in district class A can no longer be pushed out of first place in the table.
Two game days before the end of the season, the Seeshaupt team had a five-point lead over their biggest pursuer, TSV Peißenberg. The Seeshaupter now hope that the season will be played to the end or that at least their title will be recognized. The second team has recently had an extraordinary streak of success.
FC Seeshaupt: Fourth promotion in a row for the team
The team was promoted for the fourth time in a row, three times of which the FC men ended the respective season as champions. If the round of points were still played to the end or an ascent was possible, the Seeshaupter would play in the Zugspitzkreis' s highest league, the district league, in the coming season. The game against SV Wackersberg-Arzbach, who came fifth in the table, was "characterized by nervousness on both sides," it said in a message. The two Seeshaupt final bowlers made the victory perfect with a strong last set: Leonhard Werner scored 147 wood, Thomas Wagner got 150 wood. With this, they clearly set themselves apart. The results in the game against Wackersberg: Rainer Weidlich (411 wood / 2: 2 sets / 0 team points), Tobias Heimerl (509/3: 1/1), Leonhard Werner (529/3: 1/1), Thomas Wagner (534 / 3: 1/1). The best Wackersberger was Klaus Kirschenhofer in the starting pair with 480 wood.
