Of course, this also applies to Holzkirchen's captain Lukas Krepek. "The trainer gave us good instructions, but I think that in the men's area you are old enough to keep yourself fit," he says and adds: "I do workouts at home, you can also do a lot of exercises on YouTube with your own body weight. ”After all, his teammates and he want to get back into training when it starts again.

His teammate Riccardo Ferraro has a similar view. "I really miss the kick," admits Holzkirchen's top scorer. "In times like these, you forget what privilege you had to just go out and play football." Meanwhile, he almost always stays fit within his own four walls. Many endurance exercises are included (see below). "I'm just not the runner," he admits, referring to some of his team-mates who keep fit through classic jogging. "But I'm just looking forward to it when it starts again sometime."

His trainer Kilic is also looking forward to this. "We have to assume that the season will end, but there are currently more important things," emphasizes the TuS trainer. "We will show solidarity."
