Nutrition, sleep, the work environment, the medical follow-up, physical preparation (in the field and indoors), recovery or individualization of training are essential data to reveal the potential of each athlete and support him to his highest level. (…) With my team, I manage and monitor all of these parameters on a daily basis with a scientific perspective and approach. I work with professionals of course, but I also liaise with the other sections of the club to harmonize approaches. ”
