The side of the PSG participated Tuesday evening in Paris in the rally organized by the collective for Adama Traore.

"Justice for Adama, Justice for George, Justice for all ..." It was with these few words on Twitter accompanied by photos that PSG player Layvin Kurzawa signaled his presence at the demonstration against police violence on Tuesday evening in Paris.

Like nearly 20,000 people, the side at the end of the contract in Paris participated in this rally at the call of the family of Adama Traore, young from Beaumont-sur-Oise (Val-d'Oise) who died at 24 years old in July 2016 after his arrest by gendarmes. A demonstration which also echoed the death of George Floyd in the United States.

Spotted by RMC, Laywin Kurzawa's tweet shows the supporting photo, from the back (recognizable by his tattoos on his arm) and carrying a sign "Stop racism".

"Today I saw a France that works together," he also wrote with a photo of the assembled crowd.

Laywin Kurzawa, who has several selections in blue on his meter and could leave PSG at the end of June, wore for this event a t-shirt "Fear of a black planet" (The fear of a black planet). For the past few days, the player has regularly posted messages of support for the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

This protest against police violence was revived with the suffocation death last week of George Floyd, 43, during an arrest by a white police officer, Derek Chauvin, filmed at the time of the events.

Tuesday's demonstration was a very significant success despite the ban on gatherings of more than ten people highlighted by the police headquarters during the day due to the state of health emergency. Incidents took place late in the evening during the dispersal, and 18 people were arrested.
