Tamir Blatt is negotiating with German champion Elba Berlin and according to factors a positive direction and may develop into a signature in the coming weeks.
The 23-year-old Blatt has been considered one of Hapoel Jerusalem's key players for the past two years, winning two state trophies and making two good campaigns in the FIBA Champions League.
If he does sign, Blatt will be the second Israeli player in the history of the German team. He was preceded by his teammate Jerusalem Bar Timor who played in Alba in the 2013/14 season.
