Three days after the first game in the series, which ended on the edge of a basket and 0: 1 to the Yellows, the teams meet again. This time, the drive-in hosts the second Tel Aviv derby in the series, at the end of which Maccabi Tel Aviv will be able to qualify for the Final Four.

The Reds ended bitterly the previous game, which was already in their hands but failed to end it with a surprise away win at the start of the series. They now have a chance to bring the series back to a decisive game in Yad Eliyahu with a home win, otherwise the season will end for the Castritis gang.

Frederic Bourdieu is on the staff of Sapropoulos, as is Quincy Acey, but he is not expected to play. Elijah Bryant, on the other hand, did not sign up for the game. On the other hand, Hapoel Tel Aviv came to the game with a full staff.

the progress of the game

Quarter 1:  Yannis Castritis came up in the top five with Yam Madar, Sack Henry, Joaquin Schuchman, Tomer Ginat and Talib Zana. Yannis Sapropoulos came up in the top five with Scotty Wilbkin, Yuval Sussman, Danny Abdia, Angelo Cloiaro and Othello Hunter.

Yam Madar and Tomer Ginat opened the game with a storm, raised the host to 6:14 after 5 minutes and caused Sapropoulos to call a timeout. Maccabi Tel Aviv woke up towards the end of the quarter and finished it only 18:23 behind.

Quarter 2: Amara Studmeier put a lot of energy from the bench and brought the Yellows back into the game and narrowed the gap to 26:28. Madar's three with the board returned an advantage 7 to Hapoel: 26:33. Jake Cohen's five consecutive points reduced the difference again. Madar continued to be dominant and finished the first half with 11 points and 5 assists. Jordan Davis' free throws set up the halftime score: 33:40.

Quarter 3: The second half opened with a 3-pointer by Ginat that set a 10-point lead. Scotty Wilbkin was furious that he did not receive a whistle for an offense to his credit, and received a technical foul from the referee. The Yellows star did not calm down, attacked the referee and was sent off with a second technical foul. Ginat took advantage of Maccabi's confusion to open an 11-point lead, but Sussman shrank to 47:54 with a three. Studmeier with penalty shots set a 56:60 for the host towards the final quarter.
