On August 5, PSG will face Sochaux (Ligue 2) in a Parc des Princes behind closed doors for its last preparation match for the Final 8 of the Champions League in Portugal. The world champion could then cross paths with his adopted half-brother.
Since Thursday, Jirès Kembo Ekoko is indeed on trial at FC Sochaux-Montbéliard for a week, as the Doubien club indicated in a press release. Aged 32, the striker trained at Stade Rennais, where he played a professional role between 2006 and 2012, has been free from any contract since leaving Turkish club Bursaspor in July 2019.
He "could participate in the next two FCSM preparation matches", specifies the Sochaux club, which must face Sporting Club de Lyon (ex-Lyon-Duchère in National, 3rd division) this Friday July 24 and Belfort (National 2) on Tuesday July 28th.
