Real Madrid has officially announced the end of the loan of 27-year-old French goalkeeper Alphonse Areola from Paris Saint-Germain.
And the club published in a statement today on its official Twitter page, “We announce the end of the loan of player Alphonse Areola. Areola to our lineup ”.
It is noteworthy that Areola joined Real Madrid last summer to be a substitute for Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, following the departure of Costa Rican Keylor Navas to Saint-Germain.
Areola participated with Real Madrid in 9 matches in various competitions, the last of which was in a 2-2 draw with Leganes at the end of the Spanish League "LaLiga".
