Holzkirchen - TuS Holzkirchen slowly climbed up in its friendlies after leagues: After a first test against district class FC Rottach-Egern (6: 2), the game against SV Bruckmühl followed on Sunday. The home team from the district league, with ex-Warngauer Florian Hollerauer, did well. Nevertheless, the TuS were clearly superior in the 0-0 draw, but missed one of the numerous opportunities.

Zeisel: All the new ones have integrated well so far

"In itself it was a decent game," said TuS goalkeeper Benedikt Zeisel after the final whistle. "You have to keep in mind that we haven't played football in a long time - plus the heat that day."

At just under 30 degrees, TuS coach Torsten Spittler threw four newcomers into the starting line-up: Yasin Keskin was allowed to let off steam in the left full-back position, which would be almost unoccupied at the national division without the 22-year-old and for which the sporting director Michael Wagner brought him. Dominik Wiefarn tried to intervene in the headquarters, and Victor Carr and Julian Allgeier enriched the offensive. “I think that all the newcomers have integrated well so far,” explains Zeisel. "In general, it is the case with us that everyone has the opportunity to feel comfortable with us and to contribute if they want to."

TuS Holzkirchen: Carr awards penalty - Allgeier's goal denied

The guests from Haidstrasse also set the tone in a playful way by not allowing the Bruckmühlers to get any scoring chances for the entire season. On the Holzkirchen side, Carr missed a rightly given penalty and thus the best opportunity of the game. Allgeier almost contributed another goal, but referee Tobias Harraßer took his goal back because Carr was offside and irritated the opposing goalkeeper.

On Saturday, August 15th, at 3 p.m., the Spittlers team will have another chance to score goals on their home pitch - in the derby against FC Deisenhofen. ( hsp )
