Contested with the help of the autostart, the quinté du jour brought together sixteen trotters, aged 7 to 9, over the distance of 2 150 m.
Winner of his last four outings, Carnaval du Vivier (n ° 4) was logically the favorite, at the odds of 2/1, in this European race. Well started and after biding his time behind the backs of the animators, Clément Duvaldestin's partner went on the offensive at the start of the last bend to reach Dame de Bellouet (n ° 12), the facilitator.
