Maccabi Tel Aviv continues to build the squad for the 20/21 season and today (Monday) officially announced the extension of Angelo Cloiaro's contract for another two years with the possibility of a third season.
Cloiaro (31, 2.03m) averaged 5.6 points and 2.8 rebounds in the Euroleague this season, but in the domestic league he set the tone with 12.7 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. In the playoffs in the post-Corona season, the forward contributed 8.4 points and 5.2 rebounds.
Cloiaro concluded his contract extension before the quarter-final series of the playoffs against Hapoel Tel Aviv, and today, two weeks before the official return to training, the Yellows announced this.
