Thinking long-term: Young forward Lotan Amsalem has signed a four-year contract with Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Amsalem (18, 2.00 m), the son of the former player and one of the greatest symbols of the club of all time, Shimon Amsalem, played last season for Maccabi Shoham from the national league and belongs to the extended staff of the young Israeli teams.
The young player is a graduate of the club's youth department and is expected to open training with the senior team, but may be loaned out later to a team from the National League.
