"I never thought I would have to write a post farewell to Maccabi, but unfortunately that is the reality," wrote the player who chose to thank the team from which he was thrown out due to the minors affair.

"First and foremost I want to thank the club that has given me so much for so many years and thanks to which I have fulfilled all my dreams and much more. It is my home, my family and the place where I grew up from the age of 8."

I never thought I would have to write a post farewell to Maccabi, my home, my family and the place where I grew up from the age of 8. But unfortunately that is the reality and it is time to move on.

So first and foremost, I want to thank this precious club that has given me so much for so many years and thanks to which I have fulfilled all my dreams and much more than that.

A time when I won 5 championships, 3 Toto Cups, a State Cup, the Champions League, lots of amazing moments in Europe including qualifying for the home stage of the Champions League and countless other exciting experiences and moments.

Huge thanks also to all the players I have played with over the years.

I got to know amazing people and lifelong siblings.

I could not choose other people to go through this crazy journey with.

And last but not least, thank you dear audience for giving me so much love from the first moment I went up to graduation until the last day.

You were always by my side in every situation and even in the difficult moments you never let me feel alone.

Thank you for all the happiness you have caused me and my family.

We will never forget it for you.

Are you in my heart for life?
