At the Bavarian Beach volleyball championships, Michaela Henry from Lohhof made her sixth title perfect at the Central University Sports Facility (ZHS) in Munich's Olympic Park.

She is also no stranger to Lohhof, the younger sister of last year's second division captain Theresa Schieder started her volleyball career at SVL and won a German championship title in the hall with the U18.
By then, however, her way had already led to the base of the German Volleyball Association in Berlin, where the 19-year-old had just finished high school.

Crowning the beach season with the title is almost a habit for Michaela Henry - six titles speak for themselves and are unmatched in Bavaria.
Henry / Nicolaus had played four tournaments at the ZHS this summer before the final, and won all four.
And Henry's immense experience also stood out in the final, which the 40-year-old won with her partner at 21:17 and 21:19.
Although only half his age, Marie Schieder knows Henry's impressive career and successes only too well: “Michi is a friend of my mother's and I know what she has won.
But actually that only spurred me on. ”Nevertheless, the generation change was still missing for the women, which is in full swing for the men: The Sagstetter brothers Benedikt and Jonas, who go online in the hall for first division team Unterhaching, secured won the title against the 17-year-old Herrschinger Laurenz Welsch and his Dachau partner Vincent Graven (20 years).
