Conflicting reports in the Scottish media regarding Dan Glazer's candidacy for Rangers.
Last night (Thursday) it was reported in the local "Herald" and "Times" that last season's player in the Premier League is in the sights of coach Steven Gerrard and sporting director Ross Wilson, but the Scottish "Sun" denies and insists: there is no chance he will join.
According to the report, Gerard handed Rangers a list of positions he would like to add reinforcements to, and a back-to-back link - Glazer's natural role - was not included.
At the same time, in Scotland it is claimed that the Maccabi Tel Aviv connection is in the sights of several championship teams, including Watford of Vladan Ivic and Middlesbrough.

Sports At the end of last season, Glazer did not deny his intentions to leave Maccabi Tel Aviv and try his luck in Europe.
"I am hungry and I do not have a sense of accomplishment at Maccabi Tel Aviv, but at the same time I feel mature enough to be in Europe. Maccabi Tel Aviv is home and heart but there are aspirations and dreams," he said.
