The right-back, Santiago Ocampus, signed for three years at Betar Jerusalem and will arrive in Israel in the coming days.
Ocampus, 18, played last season for Juventus' reserve team and even trained with the senior team for the past two months.
Ocampus is the captain of Paraguay's young team, and was selected in the last World Cup for the 11th of the tournament.
The Jerusalemites bought the player for half a million euros and he will compete with Shai Konstantin for the right-back position. At this point Ocampus will be the sixth foreigner of the Yellows - Blacks after, Garcia, Verdska, Muhammad, Hasselbaink and Conte, with whom Betar is trying to reach a settlement ahead of his departure.
