The
SAFE (union of elite football referees)
announced on Thursday the death of former referee Sébastien Desiage.
He had refereed in Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and National for 15 years before falling ill.
A disease he had been fighting for over two years.
His last match dates back to the meeting between Toulon and Gazelec Ajaccio in June 2019. The former referee was 46 years old.
