A big drama in Betar Jerusalem. The players are considering boycotting the team's training tonight (Thursday) in protest that owner Moshe is celebrating, did not give up the fine he gave them after the humiliating relegation in the Europa League.

As soon as the Jerusalemites lost to Tauta, which also led to the dismissal of Roni Levy, the club's management issued an official letter to the players who took part in the same game against the Albanian team, in which it was made clear to them that their salary would be reduced by 20%.

The players were sure that the owner would eventually soften, but now they understand that this is not the case and so they are considering boycotting the training. Some of the players have already consulted with the players' organization which has ruled that the fine in question is illegal. The club's management is holding talks with the players' representatives in order to find a solution and prevent the training from being suspended.
