Szeged was thus forced to quarantine himself according to the recommendations and by order of the country's health authorities.
"These circumstances make it impossible to hold the match scheduled for Thursday at 6:45 pm," the EHF said.
The instance must now find a new date to reschedule the match.
This is the only one of the eight meetings scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday that had to be adjourned.
Remember that the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly disrupted the 2019-2020 season of the Handball Champions League.
The Women's Final Four has been canceled.
The men's Final Four has been postponed to December 28 and 29 in Cologne, Germany, as the EHF has decided to eliminate the round of 16 and quarterfinals.
