Hertha Berlin defeated its host Werder Bremen by four goals in the German Premier League football tournament today, to claim its first victory in 14 years.
Hertha didn't create a chance until he scored twice in three minutes at the end of the first half.
Peter Baccaric opened the scoring for Herta in the 42nd minute, striker Dodi Lukbacio scored the second goal at the end of the first half, then Matthews Konya scored the third goal before newcomer John Cordoba added the fourth goal in the 90th minute.
Dave Zilke had reduced Bremen's lead in the 68th minute with a header from close range in the net from his former team.
