After 14 players and staff members who are positive about Corona have already been discovered in its possession, this morning (Monday), Maccabi Tel Aviv players who came out negative will once again come to pass the test to detect the virus again.

The Ministry of Health decided last night not to suspend the club's activities despite the outbreak of the disease in order not to harm the Yellows' chances of qualifying for the Champions League from the playoffs where the team will play tomorrow against Red Bull Salzburg.

The Ministry of Health approved the continuation of the activity, but demanded tests today and tomorrow for the 18 healthy staff members and all the staff and administration, including the professional team of Georgios Donis, none of whom have been infected so far.

The seven infected players of Maccabi Tel Aviv are Dan Glazer, who was already positive on Thursday and was joined yesterday by Avi Rikan, Dor Peretz, Yonatan Cohen, Enrique Sborit, Nick Blackman and assistant goalkeeper Daniel Peretz.

Among the seven staff members of the club who were found positive are Barak Yitzhaki and people from the medical staff and the waitress who were in close contact with the players.

If more infections are found today, the Ministry of Health will have to make a decision whether to continue with the game or order the team to stop operating due to an outbreak.

Simultaneously with the tests and waiting for the results, Red Bull Salzburg will land in Israel at 15.00 when its people hope that the game will not take place at the end due to the level of morbidity at Maccabi Tel Aviv.

If the game takes place tomorrow, the Maccabi Tel Aviv squad is expected to consist of Daniel Tennenbaum, Ben Bitton, Eitan Tibi, Sharan Yeni, Matan Balteksa, Ofir Davidzada, Eden Kartzev, Ruslan Bersky, Eyal Golsa, Dan Bitan and Itai Schechter.

Some of the players who trained yesterday felt that they were not one hundred percent so the test for them today will be critical.

For a large part of the players who were found positive, it was pretty clear yesterday morning when they came to be tested that their chances of being positive are high.

Nick Blackman felt bad already on Friday and so did Jonathan Cohen who raised a fever.

Dor Peretz suffered body aches yesterday morning and Avi Rikan also had dizziness and a cough.

A Maccabi Tel Aviv player said last night: "From the moment Dan Glazer came out positive on Thursday, a lot has changed and we have become more strict. We entered the gym in Kiryat Shalom with only a small number of players, not that we are almost in our locker room and when we were not on the grass. But the infection was probably around the game against Dynamo Brest on Wednesday and the fact that it took the virus time to spread because in a test we did on Thursday, everyone was found negative
