Dragan Bender on the verge of a conclusion at Maccabi Tel Aviv
The surprising imprint of summer?
The power forward who played for Maccabi Tel Aviv until 2016, is close to being ejected from the NBA and may replace Quincy Acey.
The collaboration with Ante Žižić with whom he trained in the yellow uniform when he was 15 will be renewed?

Ante Zizic sinks in Maccabi Tel Aviv's training match (from Maccabi Tel Aviv's Twitter)
Maccabi Tel Aviv on the way to a surprising signing: Dragon Bender is on the verge of a conclusion at the club, and may inherit Quincy Icy as the club's foreign power forward.
The 22-year-old Bender, who dropped out of the NBA after four unsuccessful years despite high expectations after being selected fourth in the 2016 draft, will expand the Croatian colony in Yad Eliyahu and connect with his longtime friend Ante Zizic, with whom he attended a training series at Maccabi Tel Aviv Aged 15.
Bender even joined Maccabi Tel Aviv eventually in 2014, and was the flagship project of professional manager Nikola Vujicic.
He left in 2016 for oil compensation after being selected fourth in the draft by Phoenix.

Bender's first term in yellow began in the summer of 2014, when he was signed to a four-year contract.
He was first loaned to Ramat Gan from the national league and later moved on to play for the Yellows.
In his first season in the senior team of Maccabi Tel Aviv, he scored 5.4 points and picked up an average of 2.7 rebounds per game (he had 26 appearances that season).
Two years later, in the summer of 2016, he was selected by the Phoenix Suns in the fourth pick of the NBA Draft, but in his four seasons in the best league in the world he was far from making a mark;
He played three seasons in Phoenix before moving to Milwaukee (recording just seven appearances) and Golden State (nine appearances) last season.
