One of the three will next week win the title of player of the season in Europe for the 2019/20 season.
The announcement ceremony for the winner of the UEFA Individual Award will take place on October 1 during the Champions League draw for the 2020/21 season to be held in Benyon, Switzerland.
Last season, Virgil Van Dyke won the title of then European champions Liverpool.
Also this year the new Champions League holder has two representatives on the final list, with Bayern Munich sending its striker and goalkeeper.
Lewandowski has scored 55 goals in 47 appearances en route to winning the treble, and the Champions League goal-scoring title with 15 of those this season.
Neuer also played a key role in Bayern's success, maintaining a clean sheet 6 times in the Bavarians' European campaign.
Manchester City have sent their own representative to the list, De Bruyne, the king of European cooking, who has cooked in the Premier League this season 20 times and added 13 of his own conquests.
Erev Banga (Sevilla), Bruno Fernandez (Manchester United) and Romulo Lukaku (Inter) are candidates for the European League title this season.
Candidates for the title of coach of the season are Enzy Flick (Bayern Munich), Jürgen Klopp (Liverpool) and Julian Naglesman (RB Leipzig).
