The youth coach, who was dismissed because of allegations of racism, is now expanding his lawsuit against the dismissal.

The coach in question then filed a lawsuit against the termination due to
formal errors by FC Bayern in the termination
and the
time limit of the contract
.
Now
the former employee is
adding
further points to
the lawsuit
.
The coach at FC Bayern Campus, who was dismissed about a month ago due to racism allegations, has expanded his dismissal protection lawsuit to include serious allegations against the German record champions.
FC Bayern Munich: The club's top officials are said to have put pressure on the coach
As the "Spiegel" reports, top officials of the club put him under pressure to sign the termination agreement within an hour.
The consideration: Withdrawal of the termination without notice and the waiver of naming in the official press release on the case that became known around the Champions League tournament in Lisbon.
"Smear campaign against him"
The long-term employee also stated that he had heard of a "smear campaign against him" from the head of the youth training center, Jochen Sauer.
FC Bayern Munich leadership has not yet wanted to comment
The management of FC Bayern has so far not wanted to comment on the allegations.
The Munich Labor Court has scheduled a hearing for September 28th to resolve the dispute.
