For his big debut in the Premier League with Chelsea, Thiago Silva, 36, had a nightmare on the lawn at West Bromwich Albion where the Blues only snatched the 3-3 draw at the end of added time.
The former Parisian captain, transferred to London after eight seasons at PSG, had inherited the armband for his first league match with the Blues, he who had already played a Cup meeting with his new team during the week.
