Let's go for luck: Valentino Rossi will stay with MotoGP for at least another year

Old motorcycle star Valentino Rossi will remain in the MotoGP class for another year, but will switch from the Yamaha works team to the Petronas SRT customer team.
This was announced by the Malaysian racing team of the 41-year-old Italian.
"I thought a lot before I made this decision because the challenge is getting bigger and bigger," said the nine-time world champion: "To be at the top in MotoGP you have to work a lot, train every day and lead an athletic life . But I still like it and I want to keep racing. "

Rossi won seven titles alone in the motorcycle premier class, in which he won his first Grand Prix 20 years ago.
Overall, Rossi, who was last champion in 2009, has stood on the podium 199 times in MotoGP.
However, his last victory so far dates back to 2017, his last top 3 placement was achieved in Jerez at the end of July.
The Yamaha factory team has signed the 21-year-old French talent Fabio Quartararo for 2021.
Rossi will now drive alongside his Italian friend Franco Morbidelli.
