The Cypriot media reported today (Wednesday) that Noble Omar was fined by his team Apoel Nicosia.
The Israeli player, who was replaced in the 60th minute of the Cypriot league game held on Sunday between his team and Hermes and expressed dissatisfaction with it.
The team's coach Marinos Ozonidis did not move on to the agenda and imposed a fine on the Israeli, as well as on the Senegalese Diomersi Andongela who was replaced along with Noble and also protested.
According to the report, Noble and Endogla apologized to their coach, accepted their punishment with understanding (it is not clear what the amount of the fine is) and Epoel was told that the club put the incident behind them.

Cyprus champions Epoel Nicosia, played by Israelis Omar Atzili and Ben Shehar, recorded a rather disappointing season opener in the league, and are only in eighth place after five rounds, with their goal ratio standing at 5: 5.
In Europe, too, the team did not register a dizzying success, when it was eliminated in the playoffs of the Europa League qualifiers after a loss to the Slovenian Liberec.
