Attacker Zlatan Ibrahimovic helped AC Milan to win the Milan derby with two goals.
The Rossoneri won on the fourth match day of Serie A against city rivals Inter Milan 2-1 (2-1), Ibrahimovic (13th and 16th minutes) scored the first two goals of the game.
Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku made the connection shortly afterwards (29th).
Ibrahimovic gave AC the lead after a penalty he took out himself.
Aleksandar Kolarov awkwardly fouled the 39-year-old in the penalty area.
The Swede competed himself, failed to Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic and scored in the margin.
His ninth goal in the Milan derby (for both clubs) followed a counterattack.
The next goal was scored by Romelu Lukaku (29th), who was involved in almost all offensive actions of the home team.
After a foul on Lukaku (74.), there was initially a penalty, but the video referee recognized a previous offside position.
Ibrahimovic scored four times this season, making him the top scorer in Serie A.
AC Milan are at the top of the table with twelve points from four games, Inter Milan are sixth.
Inter are next Wednesday Champions League opponents of Borussia Mönchengladbach.
