In the end, it may be without him.

Obviously, Edinson Cavani can still land on the banks of the Seine between now and Tuesday.

But we know that he has not played since last February and this knockout round of the Champions League against Dortmund, with PSG (2-0).

And that he hasn't been able to train with the Red Devils until Sunday since signing at MU.

His absence for this match on the first day of the group stage of the Champions League would therefore not necessarily be very surprising ... Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will undoubtedly say more during his press conference, this Monday at 8 p.m.

Cavani is the top scorer in the history of PSG (200 goals).

Note that Harry Maguire and Mason Greenwood would also be absent.

The former Lyonnnais Facundo Pellistri, he made the trip.
