Edinson Cavani and Harry Maguire did not take off with Manchester United for the opening match of the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain, it is reported tonight in England.
The 33-year-old Kabani will not play against the ex, from whom he was released in June.
Just yesterday he started training with his new teammates after two weeks of isolation since he officially signed.
The Uruguayan has not played since his former side's win over Borussia Dortmund on March 11.
Maguire was in doubt for the game against Newcastle on Saturday, but finally opened the scoring and scored the first goal he equalized for United, in a game that ended in 1: 4.
The two were absent tonight when the team arrived at Manchester airport ahead of take-off to Paris. Mason Greenwood, who did not play against Newcastle due to injury, did not take off with the team either, and will miss the game in the Champions League.
