When Manchester United win a game, Bruno Fernandes usually plays an important role.
The Portuguese was also mainly responsible for the three points in the 3-1 (2-1) at Everton FC.
After Everton's lead by Bernard (19th minute) Fernandes scored two goals within seven minutes (25th / 32nd), Edinson Cavani scored the third goal (90th + 5).
For United it was only the third win in the seventh game of the current Premier League season.
Fernandes has been promoted to United's top performer since signing Lisbon from Sporting in January, with the 26-year-old already scoring 13 goals in 21 Premier League games.
In the current season he has five goals, with which he has a large proportion of United's three wins.
No Red Devils player has scored more goals in the league.
In the 3-2 win against Brighton & Hove he scored the winning goal in the 90th minute, in the 4-1 against Newcastle he scored a goal and an assist.
So now the win against Everton, which had started the season surprisingly well.
Everton also started briskly against United.
After a long tee shot by goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, Bernard got the ball in the Manchester penalty area and hit the bottom left of the goal from a distance (19th).
Fernandes turns the game around
United struck back just six minutes later: Fernandes headed a cross from Luke Shaw to equalize (25th).
On the other hand, he probably hadn't intended the winning goal shortly afterwards.
Fernandes lifted the ball from the left corner of the box to the six yard area.
There Marcus Rashford jumped up to the header and apparently steered the ball over the inside post into the goal (32.).
The television pictures showed, however, that Rashford hadn't touched the ball at all, the goal was due to Fernandes.
Everton didn't get a big chance.
Instead, United countered in stoppage time: Fernandes served Edinson Cavani and he scored to make it 3-1 (90 + 5).
United now has ten points from seven games and is in the middle of the table.
Everton lost their third game in a row and could be displaced from the international seats.
