Maccabi Tel Aviv wants to put together two victories for the first time this season in the Euroleague, and for that to happen it has to do tonight (Wednesday) what it has not done since March 2010: beat Real Madrid in Spain.
The Blancos came out of their season-opening crisis with the help of three consecutive victories and hold a 4: 4 balance, while the Israeli champion comes after the impressive performance against Zalgiris but with a negative balance of 5: 3.
Othello Hunter came up with a special mask, a reminder of the injury he suffered, and will take part in the game after passing a fitness test.
The champion hopes to break a streak of five losses against Real.
