Hapoel Holon is expected to extend Frederick Bourdieu's contract in the coming days.
The French-Jewish citizen, who signed with the team in purple until the end of the month, is interested in staying in the team despite rumors of other groups interested in his services.
The Purples also want to continue the contract with the player, partly due to the uncertainty regarding Richard Howell's condition.
Meanwhile, Stefanos Dadas and his players will play tomorrow (Thursday, 19:00) against Maccabi Hod Hasharon from the national league as part of the first round of the State Cup. The winner will meet Hapoel Mate Asher / Acre in the quarterfinals. The team hopes to return to the winning track and on Sunday to add another victory against Nes Ziona in the Balkan League and thus gain confidence ahead of the return of the national team.
