Cade Cunningham's Best Performance (From YouTube)

After the previous one was interrupted and did not end due to the Corona, the college season of 2020/21 will kick off today (Wednesday), with quite a few eyes set on who is supposed, by all odds, to be selected first in the 2021 draft: Cade Cunningham.

The latest ESPN and Athletic Mock drafts released last night ranked the Oklahoma State College coordinator first, with the NBA expressing great enthusiasm about the 2021 cycle, which is considered much stronger and more talented than that of 2020. "2021 is a draft worth tanking for," he wrote. Sam and Sonny at Athletic.

"There are about five more talented players than any player selected in the 2020 draft, and they would probably have been selected in first place. Cade is not only one of the greatest talents I've seen in high school, but also one of my favorite players to watch."

The 19-year-old Cunningham is a diverse coordinator at a height of 2.03 m who is able to do pretty much everything on the parquet.

The NBADRAFT website compared him to Grant Hill, befitting the great athlete he is and the impressive delivery abilities.

His high school team, Monteverda, has not lost a single game in one of its 25 meetings, much thanks to its quarterback, who averaged 13.9 points, 6.4 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game.

In the summer of 2019, he helped the United States win the Under-19 World Championship, averaging 11.7 points, 5.7 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game.

All the major colleges courted Cunningham last year, before finally choosing Oklahoma State over Kentucky, Florida and North Carolina.

His debut will be against UT Arlington, at 11pm United States time.

"The biggest thing for me is that I'm a winner," he said recently.

"I'm a leader, I get along with players of a different character. I'm a high level playmaker and willing to do whatever the team needs. Weaknesses? I need to work on my shooting, bowling abilities, and anything that will allow me to be the best guard I can."

When asked about his favorite actors, the prodigy replied: "I've always been a big fan of LeBron James. Now I see a lot of passages by Luca Doncic, his body is a bit like mine. I like to see how he uses it. He's not the actor The fastest or quickest, but he easily gets where he wants and everything happens at his own pace. "
