How can a country say goodbye to a national hero in the Corona period, when a million people want to pass by a coffin and pay their last respects to their idol?
This situation is currently facing the security forces and the health authorities of Argentina.
In the South American country, three days have been declared but following the death of Diego Maradona and as one of the Spanish newspapers wrote this morning: "The residents of Buenos Aires have only one thing they are obliged to do today: say goodbye to Maradona."
The coffin of the legendary number 10 was placed in Casa Rosada ("The Pink House"), the famous nickname of the office of Argentine presidents for generations so that the people can say goodbye and the concern about adhering to the corona is clear.
Maradona's coffin was placed in Casa Rosada for 48 hours, but the opening hours for the complex are limited: from 6:00 in the morning until 16:00 in the afternoon.
By dawn (Argentina time) thousands had already arrived and began to pass by the closet and say goodbye.
The security guards in the compound force the citizens to wear masks and keep their distance, but outside there does not seem to be sufficient observance of the instructions.

In the nearby Plaza de Mayo, sanitary tents were planned to be set up, where masks and disinfectants would be distributed, but the photos showed that many did not follow the guidelines and did not hide their faces.
Although the crowds that have arrived are staying in the open air - this is a condition set by the Special Committee for the Treatment of Corona in Argentina - but it is not certain that it is enough.
Yesterday it was reported that it is expected that about a million people will arrive at the place and in the nearby Plaza de Mayo, thousands have already been gathered who dispersed when night fell.

"There is potential for widespread infection. One sick person could cause a disaster," Dr. Eduardo López, a member of the government committee, warned last night, "The guidelines must be adhered to.
