“The funeral is taking place today, this afternoon, at the Garden of Peace, in Bellavista”, northeast of the Argentine capital, where his parents are buried, explained a spokesperson, Sebastian Bianchi.

The remains of the 1986 world champion arrived a few hours ago at the Argentine presidential palace for the wake.
The procession was greeted there by a compact crowd of supporters, divided between the jubilation of finding their idol and the pain of having lost it.
