The Israeli team in artistic gymnastics tonight (Friday) won the gold medal in the multi-event at the 2020 European Championships in Kiev.
The team received a score of 33.475 points on the combined exercise, which placed it in first place in the qualifiers in this exercise and combined with the ball exercise from yesterday, gave it the win.
The team is coached by Ira Vigdorchik (head coach), Racheli Feiga Vigdorchik (coach and choreographer) and Noa Kadosh (coach).
This is a continuation of the excellent period of Israeli sports. Last week, Israel's men's judo team won two medals at the European Championships - Peter Plachik won the gold medal and Tal Flicker won the silver medal. All this, less than a year before the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
