LeBron James and Anthony Davis stayed with the Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers have officially announced the contract extensions with basketball stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
The NBA champions did not provide any information about the running times.

Now this contract extension paves the way for LeBron to solidify his legacy with the Lakers, ”manager Rob Pelinka was quoted in a statement.
Speaking of Davis, he said, "Lakers fans can now continue to watch AD grow and run our franchise for years to come."
US media had previously reported that James had reached an agreement with the Lakers for an extension of two years for 85 million US dollars, leaving three years in total until 2023.
The team, which will also include national player Dennis Schröder, agreed with Davis on a five-year contract with a total volume of 190 million US dollars.
Davis, at 27 years of age, significantly younger than James, who will soon be 36, could have joined another team, but is seen by the Lakers as the most important professional of the future.
Schröder's contract runs for a year.
He had recently come from the Oklahoma City Thunder in a barter deal.
The 27-year-old can decide where he wants to play after the season.
