The 12th round of the Premier League continues today (Sunday) with five games and another loss of points by the top teams.

After Chelsea's loss on Saturday, leaders Tottenham stumbled with a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace and champions Liverpool went on to go 1-1 with Fulham.

Southampton came close with a 3-0 win over Sheffield United and Leicester City could overtake them and return to third place if they beat Brighton.

At the bottom Arsenal will host Burnley and try to get a little away from the red line.

Crystal Palace - Tottenham 1: 1

After losing nine times in a row, Roy Hodgson's side managed to finish 1-1 for the second time in a row against Tottenham and slightly disrupt their plans at the top as they could lose first place to Liverpool.

Tottenham took the lead in the 23rd minute after Jung Min-sun passed to Harry Kane, who kicked from 22 yards out to the center of the goal, Vicente Guita responded late and poorly and absorbed, 0-1 to the visitors.

Palace equalized in the 81st minute: Aberchi Aza raised a free-kick from the left, Hugo Loris top-not-well enough and Jeffrey Shlope pushed close to make it 1-1.

Jose Mourinho's side came close to scoring the winning goal, but Guita managed to recapture the goal he had conceded with three big saves in the final minutes.

Fulham - Liverpool 1: 1

A surprise at Craven Cottage, when one of the weakest teams in the Premier League took a point from the injury-stricken champion.

Alison may have returned to the squad, but Diego Jote, who injured his knee and will be out for the next two months, today joined Tiago Alcantara, Joe Gomes, James Milner, Jardan Shakiri and of course Virgil Van Dyke.

In their absence, Fulham allowed themselves to dream and in the 24th minute Jamaican Bobby Reed fired in after a preparation by Admola Lockman.

Liverpool pressed and missed against Alphonse Areola, until a free kick by Georginio Vinaldom hit a player's hand in the wall and won the champion a penalty.

Muhammad Salah kicked to the center, Areola surrendered and Liverpool equalized in the 79th minute.

Curtis Jones was close to completing a makeover in the 84th minute, but the French goalkeeper stopped his attempt and the draw was maintained after 18 consecutive victories of the champion against newcomers.

Jürgen Klopp should also be troubled by five away games without a win and 18 assists in 12 games - the worst since the 20 assists at that stage in 1992/93.

Surprising gate.

Arsenal - Burnley (21:15, Sport 4)

A heated underground battle in north London.

Weak Arsenal have lost three of their last four games and a total of six times in 11 games, making them currently a bottom team for all intents and purposes.

She hosts Burnley, who also started the season badly and currently has just six points from 30 and is below the red line.

Burnley did not win the season away from home and scored a total of two points out of 15 possible.

Thomas Party, who returned from injury and failed to finish the first half in a loss to Tottenham, will be missing from Arsenal and Nicolas Pepe will again be absent as part of serving a three-match suspension.

Southampton - Sheffield United 0: 3

The Saints continue to maintain their place at the top, this time thanks to a trip in front of the unfortunate guest from Sheffield.

Che Adams pushed the first close inside in the 34th minute, Stuart Armstrong doubled in the 62nd minute with a kick that was repelled to the net, and Nathan Redmond sealed the result in the 83rd minute.

Sheffield was last with a single point from 12 games and a dismal 21: 5 goal ratio.

Strong at the top.
