Dominik Szoboszlai could also play in the second half of the Champions League

What do Amadou Haidara, Erling Haaland and Dominik Szoboszlai have in common?
They are all considered outstanding talents in their positions and made their breakthrough at RB Salzburg.
And they left the club after the first half of the season.
Haidara moved to the sister club in Leipzig in January 2019 after the then 20-year-old had outgrown the Austrian Bundesliga.
Haaland moved to Dortmund a year later at the age of 19;
Before that he had shot everything short and sweet even in the Champions League in the Salzburg jersey.

And this winter, probably the most dominant player in the squad is leaving Salzburg.
In an interview with Sky television, Szoboszlai confirmed that the remaining two first round matches in the Austrian league will be his last on the team.
But he has not yet made a decision where to go for him, said the 20-year-old.
Technically highly talented
Szoboszlai moved from his native Hungary to Salzburg in 2017.
He made his big breakthrough last season when he prepared 14 goals and scored nine himself in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Szoboszlai is a technically highly gifted winger who is best known for his dangerous set pieces and his outstanding shooting technique.
He is considered one of the greatest talents in Europe.
Most recently, he shot the Hungarian national team in the playoffs against Iceland with a long-range shot in stoppage time for the European Championship.
At the EM 2021, Szoboszlai will meet Germany in the group with the Hungarian team.
The time of his change is likely to be related to Salzburg's performance in the Champions League.
As in the previous season, Salzburg failed in the group stage.
If Szoboszlai moves to another club, he could also start in the premier class in the second half of the season.
Haaland had already left the club after the Champions League.
Probably move to Leipzig
Although Szoboszlai is still delaying his decision, his move to the Leipzig sister club is very likely.
The third place in the Bundesliga table had recently shown strong interest.
"That's actually someone we find very interesting," said sports director Oliver Mintzlaff.
The connection between the two clubs in transfers has been causing a stir for years - and also criticism.
During the transfer from Bernardo to Leipzig in 2016, the then sports director Ralf Rangnick announced that the player's transfer fee was only discussed after the transfer.
The transfer policy is also causing dissatisfaction among Salzburg fans.
