Salhab Sports Club player Sulaf Ghanem won the prize for the International Competition for Talent and Kinetic Performance in lifting weights for the U-Ten category organized by the International Federation for the Game via the Internet, with the participation of 100 players from different countries of the world.
The Secretary of the Game Federation, Dr. Basil Ibrahim, explained in a statement to SANA that the tournament had a large participation for the under-ten-year-old group via the Internet on the Zoom app, due to the suspension of foreign activities and tournaments due to the Corona epidemic, indicating that the tournament aims to activate these small groups for not participating in official tournaments because Incomplete growth of the bones, indicating at the same time that it is a movement performance evaluated by a specialized jury and in the light of which results are taken.
Ibrahim added that the International Federation granted the player Ghanem a financial prize of 250 thousand pounds, which will be given to her by her coach, the international champion Ahed Jaghili and the great coach Mohamed Rasha.
In turn, coach Ahed Jaghili said that Salhab Club cares about all age groups and trains them according to a scientific program under the supervision of coach Muhammad Rasha, who follows up all the details of the players and has come out with many champions at the local and international level, pointing out that the player Ghanem was able to outperform most of the participants and was one of the very advantages according to the referees committee Resident tournament.
