Juventus qualified for the quarter-finals of the Italian Cup by beating Genoa, 3-2, after extending the original time for the match that brought them together today in the round of 16 of the competition.
The "Old Lady" team advanced with two goals through Sweden's Diane Kulusevski and Spaniard Alvaro Morata in the 2nd and 23rd minutes, respectively.
Genoa equalized the result, scoring twice by German Lennart Czepura and Filippo Miligoni in the 28th and 74th minutes.
The two teams resorted to two additional time, which Juventus managed to settle in its favor by scoring the third goal by Tunisian Hamza Rafia in the last minute of the first extra half.
Juventus faces the winner in the next round, facing Sassuolo and SPAL.
