The Corona crisis has crushed businesses and hurt the economy almost everywhere, but apparently has not affected Paris Saint-Germain too much.

The French "Lakip" revealed that Mauricio Pochettino, the new coach signed in place of Thomas Tuchel until June 2022, will earn no less than 940,000 euros a month in the capital - a salary that makes him the coach with the highest salary in history.

Although Pochettino earns above the average in Paris (including players), there are still five players who earn more than him and cross the million euros a month: Neymar, Ambepa, and Ratti Marcinius and Neymar.

"Lakip" claims that Pochettino's salary is even expected to increase next season, when the coach Thomas Tuchel, whom he replaced, earned "only" 425 thousand euros a month.

Pochettino, who previously played for PSG, has not coached since being sacked by Tottenham in November 2019, just months after leading the Roosters to the Champions League final.

The Argentine, who is considered a fundamental coach who believes in team values, will have to deal with the big ego of the constellation in the French capital, something that Tuchel had a very hard time with.

In the meantime, he managed to lead the team to a first degree after beating Marseille, the big rival, 1: 2 and winning the French Super Cup.
