Sagi Dror returns to Hapoel Petah Tikva: The team that is placed in the penultimate place in the national league, announced today (Monday) the signing of Kesher Hapoel Kfar Saba for a season and a half. This will be Dror's second term on the team, as in the 2018/19 relegation season he helped it stay in the league despite 11 points with ten goals and eight assists.
Dror, 25, winger / front midfielder, grew up in the youth department of Maccabi Tel Aviv and played in the youth team in the Premier League. In addition, Dror won 7 appearances and 2 goals in the Israeli youth team uniform. He played the last two seasons for Hapoel Hadera and Hapoel Kfar Saba, but this season he had few minutes and was released.
Dror commented on his joining: "Happy to return to the place that wanted me the most. I have been in touch with the club lately, now we don't have to talk much, we have to come to the pitch and do the work, and meet our goals this season."
