A group of 24 field players was gathered on the lawns of the Loges camp this Thursday morning for the final training session before the reception of Montpellier (Friday, 9 pm) in Ligue 1. Three were missing: Ander Herrera, Colin Dagba and Juan Bernat.
Logical absences for players who will not be called into the workforce against the MHSC.
Like Thursday, Herrera remained in care due to a blow received this week in training.
Dagba is still observing the recommended isolation period after testing positive for Covid-19 on January 12.
Finally, Bernat continues his solo rehabilitation work.
The date of his return with the group is approaching several months after a rupture of the cruciate ligament in the left knee.
The return of the week to collective training is that of Thilo Kehrer.
The German has fully recovered from the coronavirus and is applying for a presence in the group for Friday.
Among the 24 field players, youngsters Xavi Simons, Kays Ruiz, Edouard Michut and Bandiougou Fadiga were present.
Mauricio Pochettino is, like Dagba, always isolated in his hotel room.
His deputy Jesus Perez chaired the day's session and will be at a press conference this afternoon.
