The Milwaukee Bucks won tonight 135:141 in Detroit, went up to 13:30 and kept second place in the Eastern Conference, but despite this, the media in the United States are reporting that this evening (Tuesday) coach Adrian Griffin, who was only appointed last summer, was fired.
The senior reporters in the United States who published the decision to fire him, clarified that at this stage "it is not clear why it was decided to end the contract", but they did state that for now it will be his assistant Joe Prunetti who will guide the team whose next game will be on the night between Wednesday and Thursday against Cleveland.
Half a year on the job and was fired for a reason that is not clear at the moment.

The Bucks' leading candidate to replace Griffin is Doc Rivers, who was fired by Philadelphia last season after losing Game 7 to Boston in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Since he was fired, the coach who led Boston to win the NBA championship in 2008 has not stood on the lines in the league and it seems that Milwaukee will go for the experienced coach.
