ESPN's NBA reporter Adrian Wojnarowski questioned the suitability of LeBron's son Brony James to be selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2024 draft.
According to Voz, the Lakers tend to draft older players, instead of focusing on developing young talent.
"The Lakers are not a club for a development program, they have a culture of winning here and now. So I don't know if it suits a player like Bruni."
As you know, even though Brown has not yet registered for the upcoming draft, the speculation surrounding his and his father's collaboration in the NBA has been floating for many years, and when LeBron is already 28 years old, the hypothesis is that in order for them to play together, he will have to be selected in the upcoming draft or at most in the 2025 draft.

Wojnarowski continued: "Does it all revolve around the idea of playing with LeBron or not? I'm not sure," he admitted, "Maybe that's a factor, but I do think about the good of Bruni. If he's selected this year, he has to think about what's the best place most for him".
"The Lakers are not a developmental program, they are a win-now program."

Brony James, LeBron's son, made headlines a few months ago when he suffered a heart attack during a practice of the college team he plays for, and miraculously survived thanks to the medical team that was there.
But he has since recovered and even returned to play for USC.

Meanwhile, despite the family pedigree, 19-year-old Bruni is not particularly impressive.
Even Jonathan Giboni, one of the biggest draft experts in the United States, has so far not included him in his predictions for the upcoming draft.
