This Sunday (from 3 p.m.), some of the biggest names in the world peloton will take part in the first Coupe de France event of the season, the Grand Prix La Marseillaise: a 167.5km loop around the Marseille city. a priori reserved for punchers.
Many specialists in this type of exercise have therefore ticked off the event, hoping to launch their season there... All the French teams will be taking part, starting with Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale, which will have to assume the status of favorite of Aurélien Paret-Peintre, Cofidis, which will be led by Axel Zingle, Total Energies, with Mathieu Burgaudeau as leader, or even Groupama-FDJ.

As for the foreign teams, we will particularly have to watch the Dane Magnus Cort Nielsen, who will make his debut in his new team, Uno-X, and the Belgian Milan Menten, main asset of the Lotto Dstny.
Brilliant winner last year, Neilson Powless is not participating in the race this year, just like his EF Education-EasyPost team not participating in the race this year.
The Grand Prix La Marseillaise will be held this Sunday, January 28.
The race will be broadcast live from 3 p.m. on Eurosport 1.
