You can understand that releasing 4 regular players from Stade Rennais, in a competition which is indeed fantastic… We also have to understand the clubs
,” argued the sporting director of the Breton club.
Maurice refers in particular to Adrien Truffert, Désiré Doué and Arnaud Kalimuendo, summoned to the French U23 team during the March gathering by coach Thierry Henry.
